Jewish Wedding

A Message From PTP

Being asked to photograph a mate's wedding is an honour and a privilege in itself. When that wedding has been re-arranged, cancelled, re-arranged, postponed etc etc due to Covid, then you know that when that wedding does happen, the emotional importance and significance of it to the bride & groom, and their families, will be incredible. Gaby & Jason's wedding was just that - an emotional rollercoaster that culminated in just 6 people being invited to a ceremony so intimate, so special, so close. And zoom'd to hundreds of family & friends who weren't able to come due to event restrictions. Being one of a small number of crew - that were also all mates of the couple's - was so wonderful. I've known Jason since 2012 and to see him so happy - and relieved! - was sheer joy. And he has married an absolute superstar in Gaby - this couple have such an exciting and happy life ahead of them! PS. Part of the honour of being there for Jason was also to be able to catch up with other clients/friends who I hadn't seen in a while. I had the pleasure of photographing Jason's sister, Katie's wedding in November 2017. So I got to catch up with Katie and Ryan and their gorgeous girl Harper! And if that wasn't awesome enough, Gaby's best friend Rachel was there with Adam and their baby boy Ezra - pure delight to see them again after photographing their wedding in December 2017 - what an amazing day!
